The Pie

Day two of Father's Day. Grandpa came over for dinner. Katie was here but Kyle had to work. We had a great meal, shrimp, corn on the cob, fruit salad. Really excellent. Janet's fathers' favorite desert is banana coconut cream pie. I believe that was Gilligan's favorite as well. I usually make it but was feeling very lazy so Janet had the honors. I only did the meringue. She did a great job. It actually tasted a lot better than it looked, which is hard to believe. She would have definitely scored a 10 on presentation on "The Next Food Network Star". Just take a look at the phot. I also included one of Betty Crocker and her Dad. Happy Father's Day
