Continuing Our Around the Clock iPhone Coverage...

This is kind of funny. When Steve Jobs announced the iPhone in January, it was way cool but looked a bit large. Lately, I have been impressed with how small it looked. Apple has some really nice photos on it's site and it looked not much larger than a Razr.

Apparenlty a bit of trickery took place. MacRumors posted January photos and June photos of the iPhone. It looks a bit different now. The published specs have not changed. It is about a half of an inch longer than a 30 gig iPod. Width and thickness are the same. Perhaps Apple has developed a new growth hormone (iGrow?) that made the models hand larger in the last 6 months.

I just cut the image in 2 and overlapped the after over the before. To me the phone had to be stretched a bit bigger to fit over each other. They are the same size according to photoshop. Now the hand.. thats a different story.. maybe that was photo edited by apple so they don't have to pay the hand model again ;)
